A circular plate family for closer review.

A round-plate filtration family

The catalogue introduces this equipment for finer-particle materials and names ceramics and kaolin as examples. The family name describes plate geometry; a filename such as Ceramic Filter Press does not establish the plate’s material composition.

Confirm the closing arrangement.

Hydraulic compression and automatic pressure retention are described. Verify how the selected model closes, filters and discharges, including the required feed and utility interfaces.

Understand this equipment family.

01

Circular plate geometry

The source describes round plates and a point-shaped conical-boss design. The actual plate material and configuration must be identified for the selected equipment.

02

Hydraulic compression

The catalogue describes hydraulic closing and automatic pressure retention. Confirm the closing-system pressure separately from filtration pressure.

03

Media and washing requirements

The catalogue discusses cake dewatering, washing and sealing performance. Define those needs for the actual material; no filtration speed, final moisture, washing result or universal sealing guarantee is established by the supplied evidence.

¹ Reference row labels. Area and plate dimension identify a source row. Unclear model-code suffixes have not been reconstructed.

† 60 m² source weight needs verification. The sheet prints 9,710 kg, between 5,150 kg for the 50 m² row and 5,760 kg for the 70 m² row. The value is retained as printed and flagged; it has not been corrected by assumption.

The sheet describes an 800 mm circular plate dimension and 25 mm cake thickness for these rows. Row labels are reference area/plate labels, not complete model codes.

The table’s filtration-pressure range, the catalogue’s filtration statement and the hydraulic-compression figure describe different or unconfirmed limits. They are not combined into a single rating.

Source: the supplied Circular Filter Press parameter sheet, page1. Overall dimensions are source values; foundation figures are not used as installation instructions. Pressure ratings require model-specific verification.

Resolve the model-specific limits.

Separate filtration and closing pressures.

The parameter sheet prints 1.0–1.2 MPa for filtration pressure; the catalogue mentions filtration up to 2 MPa and hydraulic compression up to 25 MPa. Confirm model, definitions and actual permitted limits before using any of these source figures.

Material and model limits remain open

Plate composition, media, chemical compatibility, temperature and the 60 m² source weight require confirmation. The source’s generic chemical-resistance, non-toxicity and performance claims are not adopted as universal promises.

Structure, installation and care.

Define the round pack and interfaces.

The photographs show the client-selected circular family. A matched drawing is still needed for the plate pack, closing system, feed/filtrate connections and installation footprint.

Installation and care documents pending

Dimensioned arrangement, foundation/connection schedule, operating limits, discharge method, plate/cloth replacement and cleaning/maintenance instructions. Source foundation numbers are not installation approval.

Start with the actual material.

Ceramics and kaolin

The introduction lists ceramics, including bone porcelain, electrical porcelain and ornamental porcelain, together with kaolin, in its discussion of finer particles.

Broader application list not verified

A later paragraph names a program-controlled automatic chamber press. That copied paragraph is not used as circular-family evidence. Other applications require material-specific confirmation.

Evidence for the selected model.

Factory and equipment photographs are available in the supplied materials. A model-matched project record and complete certificate scope have not yet been verified.

Awaiting confirmation: certificate annex and applicable models, complete ISO evidence, project dates, photograph attribution and measured results. No certification badge or performance result is asserted here.
